Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is recruiting a Behavior Clinician for the North Austin area to provide behavioral interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves conducting assessments, coordinating visits, and ensuring the implementation of intervention plans.

The ideal candidate should have behavioral intervention experience and relevant educational qualifications. The position offers flexible scheduling, remote work options when not in session, and a competitive salary ranging from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served.
• Communicates with supervisors, staff, and family regarding an individual's progress.
• Ensures the Behavior Intervention Plan is implemented effectively.
