Job summary

Russell Tree Experts Ltd is seeking an experienced Forestry Journeyperson to join our team. The role involves traveling to projects inside and outside of Ohio, applying felling, climbing (preferred), and a strong safety-first approach to all tasks.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in production forestry/arboriculture; ISA Arborist credential and CDL Class A are preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess 1–2 years of experience in production forestry/arboriculture.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• All offers contingent on pre-employment motor vehicle history, background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Fell trees and perform production tree work.
• Climb trees (climbing preferred).
• Travel regularly to projects inside and outside of Ohio.
• Maintain safety as a priority on all tasks.
• Work as part of a team in varying weather conditions.
