Job summary

Russell Tree Experts is seeking a Forestry Ground Worker to support outdoor projects across Ohio, traveling to job sites and helping with ground operations. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on forestry tasks, with setup of work zones and daily briefings.

Job description

Russell Tree Experts is currently hiring for our Forestry Ground Worker position. This position is excellent for an individual with a passion for the outdoors, work-related travel, and large scale project involvement.

A day in this position will have an employee traveling regularly to projects inside and outside of Ohio, maintaining worksite safety through spotting, flagging, and setting up a work zone, participating in daily job briefings, as well as manual felling, brush cleanup and other ground duties as assigned.

Candidates for this position should be enthusiastic and able to take direction and function as a member of a team.

Candidates should possess:

• 1-3 years of forestry/felling experience (required)
• Driver’s License and clean driving record required - CDL privileges preferred
