Job summary

Russell Tree Experts Ltd in Westerville, OH is seeking experienced arborists to join our team. You will perform production tree work daily across the Columbus region, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in production arboriculture, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to clean job-site cleanup. ISA Certification and CDL Class A are preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production arboriculture.
• Driver's License and clean driving history required.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential (preferred).
• CDL Class A (preferred).
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide arboriculture services daily in the Columbus, Ohio region.
• Perform production tree work including removal and pruning of trees.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of job sites and equipment.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete tasks efficiently in changing weather conditions.
