Job summary

Abundiant, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst – Travel to optimize travel processes, systems, and reporting. You will analyze travel, expense, and corporate card data, manage travel-related tools, and lead data-driven projects to improve cost containment and traveler experience.

Responsibilities include developing Power BI dashboards, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. This role requires collaboration across teams and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business, MIS, CS or related field desirable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a role aligned with the required education.
• Preferred 5+ years in travel-related or business analysis roles; experience managing projects and implementing tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project execution, schedules, and deliverables; adjust timelines and inform stakeholders.
• Ensure project compliance with company quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate project activities with end users to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors on travel-related projects.
• Administer global online booking tools and travel portals; serve as primary contact for updates and testing.
• Maintain data integrity across travel systems and user profiles.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reports for leadership.
• Validate and reconcile travel program data from multiple sources.
