Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks a Business Analyst who partners with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and optimize operations across multiple business units. The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, forecasting, KPI tracking, and presenting insights to a diverse, international audience.

You will influence decisions, support client programs, and help shape the company’s strategic roadmap through clear, data-driven storytelling. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science or similar field is required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Development or Project Development type role.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative solutions in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organization.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Support various operational projects with clients.
• Analysis of the financials, markets, competitors, documentation of processes (as-is and to-be), provision of background information on clients, potential partners, new players, technologies, etc. for senior management to make informed decisions.
• Coordination and presentation of business reviews, strategic reviews, and metrics.
• Meeting preparations, including creation of compelling presentations, both internally and externally.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial performance, operational metrics, market trends, competitors, and potential partners to assess organizational health and identify growth or risk patterns across business units.
• Monitor and report on strategic KPIs, including SLA performance and digital tool adoption rates, while documenting current and future state processes.
• Provide detailed research and insights on clients, emerging market players, and technological advancements to support informed decision‑making by senior management.
• Present new concepts to a global audience with cultural diversity.
• Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal‑oriented work environment
