Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in BI, analytics, travel operations.
• 3 years of experience in data analytics or corporate travel is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into actionable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Develops, maintains, and enhances Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and recurring reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Performs data validation, auditing, and reconciliation of travel program data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reporting.
• Administers and supports global online booking tools and travel technology platforms, focusing on data integrity, system effectiveness, and user adoption.
• Serves as the primary contact for travel portal enhancements, system updates, testing, issue resolution, and traveler support, including troubleshooting booking and other travel tech issues.
