Qualifications

• Formal education in travel or related field not strictly required but beneficial.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Experience with travel booking systems and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop skills to sell foreign and domestic travel products and services.
• Use lead management tools to cultivate new business and build repeat customers.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, protection plans, and trip advisory information.
• Follow policies and document all transactions accurately.
• Develop knowledge of the Preferred Supplier program and achieve sales/cross-sell goals.
• Issue international driving permits and passport photos.
• Provide air, car, hotel, rail reservations and ticketing.
• Utilize computer systems to fulfill travel requests.
