Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of business-to-consumer sales experience.
• In-office role; on-site in Flint, MI.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales and grow the book of travel and related products.
• Establish and grow mutually beneficial relationships with AAA Members.
• Provide end-to-end travel planning for complex domestic and international itineraries.
• Ask for referrals and leverage the AAA ACG lead system.
• Handle reservations, payments, and documentation for bookings.
