Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is hiring for a sales-focused travel planner who will develop new business, deepen member relationships, and promote a broad range of travel and financial products. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative sales and end-to-end travel planning for complex itineraries.

Work is in-office with uncapped commissions, a defined career path, and exclusive travel perks as you build a large AAA member client base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of business-to-consumer sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales and grow the book of business across travel, membership and credit card products.
• Establish and grow relationships with AAA members to maximize benefits and drive repeat bookings.
• Prepare complex domestic and international travel packages and manage reservations.
• Solicit referrals and leverage lead systems to expand client base.
• Process payments, documentation, and travel arrangements with accuracy.
