Auto Club Enterprises in Pittsburgh seeks a Travel Advisor to sell a range of travel products to members and non-members while achieving sales goals and delivering high-level service. You will educate clients, handle outbound calls, manage quotes, and maintain confidentiality per policy.

The role requires strong sales and travel knowledge with flexibility for training and events. Ideal candidates bring experience in travel sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualificações

• High School GED required; an Associate degree preferred.
• 4–6 years in travel agency sales or related sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills.
• Ability to present and deliver information effectively using computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services to members and non-members.
• Enter quotes and manage bookings using club technology and systems.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, protection plans, and trip information.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle transactions accurately with high service quality.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide leads to other departments.
• Document and explain write-offs or shortages to management.
