Job summary
Auto Club Enterprises in the Pittsburgh area seeks a Travel Consultant EC to sell travel products and provide member entitlement services. You will handle outbound calls, educate members, and support sales goals while maintaining confidentiality and routing information securely.
Responsibilities include issuing tickets, advising on travel requirements, maintaining records, and leveraging club resources to upsell. Weekend availability and travel show participation may be required.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years travel agency or sales experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered and branch operations.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Proven track record in travel sales.
- Flexibility to work weekends and attend offsite training/events.
Responsibilities
- Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services using lead management tools.
- Advise clients on travel requirements, protection plans, and trip information.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions and cross-sell opportunities.
- Handle ticketing, quotes, and supplier rates to recommend trips.
