Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a AAA Travel Consultant to sell international and domestic travel packages and build lasting relationships with members. You’ll tailor itineraries, advise on trips, and cross-sell related products while pursuing sales goals.

Candidates should have a passion for travel, be able to work Saturdays, and complete our Travel Consultant Trainee program with travel for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college-degree preferred.
• Pass comprehensive background check and urine drug screening.
• At least 2 years' retail sales, banking, or travel-agency experience in a goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, itineraries, air, car and hotel.
• Develop long-standing relationships with members and build referrals.
• Provide tailored trip recommendations to exceed member expectations.
• Cross-sell products like AAA Member Rewards Credit Card and identify theft referrals.
• Support training and growth through internal programs and leadership opportunities.
