Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Travel Advisor to sell travel-related products and services to members and non-members in a fast-paced environment. You will educate clients on travel options, handle outbound calls, and support goal achievement while maintaining high service quality and confidentiality.

The role requires strong travel knowledge, proven sales skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associates preferred.
• 4–6 years travel agency or sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell travel-related products to members and non-members and meet sales goals.
• Use lead management tools to cultivate new business and quote management.
• Provide air, car, hotel, rail reservations and ticketing; advise on travel docs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information per laws and policies.
• Document transactions accurately and handle service requests efficiently.
