Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Travel Consultant to sell international and domestic travel packages, from cruises to land itineraries, while sharing knowledge from experience and study trips. The role focuses on building long-term member relationships and generating referrals and repeat business.

The position requires strong sales drive, organization, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on exceptional written and verbal communication and a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a 2- or 4-year college degree is preferred.
• Pass a comprehensive criminal background check and thorough urine drug screening.
• 2+ years of successful retail sales, banking, or leisure travel agency experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, itineraries, air, car, and hotel.
• Shares knowledge and expertise from personal experiences and study trips.
• Develops long‑standing relationships with members and builds referrals and repeat business.
• Makes recommendations to tailor trips to the member's expectations.
• Cross-sell products such as AAA Member Rewards Credit Card and identity theft referrals.
