You will manage the departmental inbox, archive travel vouchers as PDFs, maintain an organized filing system, and review documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• One year and six months of full-time accounting/finance experience.
• Texas CPA license satisfies the minimum qualifications.
• Experience and education may be substituted for one another.

• Convert documentation into standardized PDF formats and maintain a filing system.
• Review and audit travel documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Classify, code, and post travel documents to financial systems.
• Maintain, post, and balance accounting records and reports.
• Research and resolve discrepancies with vendors and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
