Qualifications

• Six months of General Office or Accounting experience required.
• Regular work attendance and ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and balances financial statements, reports, schedules, and exhibits; processes general journal entries and payment vouchers.
• Reconciles discrepancies in accounts, bank statements, or appropriation balances; reports findings.
• Audits accounting documents for accuracy and compliance with policies and statutes.
• Prepares monthly status analyses of account balances and expenditures.
