Job summary

Compass Government Solutions seeks a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE) at Fort Bragg, NC. You’ll contribute to DoD clinical investigations improving service members’ and veterans’ lives, working with clinicians, researchers, and health professionals.

Applicants must be a US citizen, eligible for security requirements, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and have 3–5 years of clinical investigations experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in biology, psychology, or related science.
• 3–5 years’ experience in clinical investigations.
• Completed Human Subjects research training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and ensures integrity of TBICoE TBICoE TBICoE clinical investigations with regulatory compliance.
• Assists investigators with protocol submissions to IRB and regulatory bodies.
• Supports grant proposals and related documentations; helps with approvals and coordination.
• Maintains regulatory files for TBICoE investigations.
• Communicates with participants, staff, and investigators; coordinates data collection and management.
• Recruits, interviews, screens volunteers, and administers informed consent.
• Assists with data collection and analysis for eligibility and enrollment.
• Supports DoD/VA-related initiatives and program quality improvement as needed.
• Performs data extraction and chart reviews, ensuring secure storage of records.
