General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Research Assistant to support clinical investigations for the TBI Center of Excellence (TBICoE) at Ft. Bragg, NC.

The role involves recruitment, data collection using psychometric tools, data scoring and entry, and coordinating follow-up appointments under supervision. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year experience in research or clinical investigations, with BLS certification and ability to obtain T3 clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1+ year of experience in research/clinical investigations/studies.
• Human Subjects training is required.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to pass a T3 security investigation.

Responsabilités

• Recruits, screens, and consents research participants.
• Performs data collection, organization, and entry for clinical investigation projects.
• Performs data collection and entry quality checks and quality assurance.
• Maintains study documents and supplies; secures, organizes and documents following regulations.
• Creates, collects, disseminates, maintains files of study data, and assists with review and completion of manuals and SOPs.
• Schedules potential research participants for testing or evaluation.
• Completes protocol-specific testing and evaluation requirements.
• Facilitates follow-up assessment reminders and scheduling.
• Extracts data from patient records; transcribes and resolves data queries; reports analyses.
• Maintains awareness and compliance of research regulatory issues.
• Provides updates to senior staff.
• Communicates with study team via email and conference calls.
• Assists with literature searches and material preparation for reports and meetings.
