Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital is seeking a Team Lead Charge Nurse for the Trauma Unit (6400 & 6500) on full-time day shifts. This role provides clinical and operational leadership, coordinates daily unit operations, and supports staff while delivering direct patient care as needed.

Located in St. Louis, MO, the hospital is Missouri's leading Level I trauma center with a busy caseload. The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to advance into nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
