Job summary

Trauma Specialists of Maryland is seeking passionate Clinical Supervisors to mentor our clinicians in trauma-focused care. We emphasize a warm, collaborative supervision style and practical EMDR training to grow our team.

You will lead supervision sessions, guide interview processes, and ensure high-quality trauma treatment while supporting your supervisees’ professional development within a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work with an active, unrestricted license (LCPC, LCSW-C).
• Available to hold at least 25 patient sessions per week if referred/scheduled by Trauma Specialists.
• Experience in treatment planning and excellent documentation.
• Be compassionate, inclusive, self-motivated, and relatable (a great sense of humor is a plus!).
• Desire to treat trauma effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision inside and outside of supervision, setting a warm, positive tone.
• Facilitate interviews and provide direct feedback to select supervisees.
• Support clinicians with EMDR training and trauma treatment.
• Work with the team to ensure ethical solutions and collaborative care.
