Qualifications

• Strong ethics, risk management, and documentation skills.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to graduate-level clinicians and interns.
• Guide case conceptualization, assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy.
• Promote ethical practice, documentation, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
• Lead clinical consultation, staff training, and professional development.
• Support clinician performance, growth, and retention.
• Partner with leadership on clinical quality, team culture, and program development.
• Maintain a full-time clinical caseload alongside supervisory duties.
