Job summary

Roots Therapeutic Specialty Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor/Therapist to support patients with a range of psychological and behavioral concerns. The role focuses on improving emotional regulation, social-emotional functioning, and relational health, with opportunities to supervise pre-licensed clinicians.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in psychology or related field and Michigan licensure, with trauma-focused training (EMDR).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field and licensure in Michigan.
• Specialized trauma/psychosomatic training (EMDR required).
• Experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians or clinical teams.
• Commitment to interdisciplinary, holistic treatment approach.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with psychological, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns.
• Supervise clinical practitioners and provide consultation as needed.
• Maintain detailed treatment planning, documentation, and progress notes.
• Utilize the EHR system for scheduling and records management.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
