Job summary

Resonance Center for Psychotherapy & Healing Arts in West Hartford, CT is seeking a part-time licensed psychologist to join our trauma-focused, collaborative group practice. This hybrid role blends in-person sessions at our West Hartford office with telehealth.

The position starts at 10–20 clinical hours per week with potential to grow into a full-time caseload for the right candidate. We specialize in Complex PTSD, attachment trauma, intergenerational trauma, and immigrant mental health.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Connecticut or license-eligible.
• Experience treating complex trauma.
• Formal training in one or more evidence-based trauma therapies (e.g., EMDR, ART, IFS, TF-CBT).
• Strong clinical skills, cultural humility, and excellent documentation.
• Highly reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-focused psychotherapy to clients in a hybrid in-person/telehealth setting.
• Collaborate with a trauma-focused team to coordinate care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Contribute to a supportive, culturally responsive practice.
