Center Psychotherapy LLC is expanding services at our Rehoboth location in collaboration with Mind Aligned Wellness & Equine Services, offering a supportive, nature‑driven setting for trauma therapy across ages.

We provide full administrative support, weekly supervision, CE opportunities, and competitive compensation for clinicians dedicated to trauma recovery in a mission‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician or license-eligible to provide trauma-informed therapy.
• Experience with trauma-focused modalities is preferred.
• Ability to maintain 25 billable hours per 40‑hour work week and document in EHR.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma‑informed therapy in person and/or via telehealth to clients across the lifespan.
• Maintain productivity of 25 billable hours within a 40‑hour work week.
• Complete timely documentation in EHR.
• Collaborate with clinicians and outside providers as needed.
• Attend weekly supervision and monthly team meetings.

Center Psychotherapy is expanding services at our new location in partnership with Mind Aligned Wellness & Equine Services, a peaceful therapeutic campus nestled on a scenic farm in Rehoboth, MA. This position is ideal for a clinician who values creativity, flexibility, and the restorative benefits of working in nature.

Clinicians will have the opportunity to utilize thoughtfully designed therapy offices, quiet walking trails for walk‑and‑talk sessions, outdoor therapeutic spaces, and a spacious indoor area for movement. Surrounded by nature and the calming presence of farm life, our environment offers a unique setting that supports regulation, reflection, and healing while allowing clinicians to tailor treatment to each client's needs.

About Us

Center Psychotherapy is a mission‑based growing, trauma‑focused group practice seeking a licensed or license‑eligible clinician to provide trauma‑informed therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

We offer a steady referral stream, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team culture — so you can focus on clinical care, not billing or marketing.

What You'll Do:

• Provide trauma‑informed therapy (in‑person and/or telehealth) to clients across the lifespan.
• Maintain productivity of 25 billable hours within a 40‑hour work week.
• Complete timely documentation in EHR.
• Collaborate with clinicians and outside providers as needed.
• Attend weekly supervision and monthly team meetings.
