Job summary

Flourish Wellness, PLLC in Raleigh, NC seeks a licensed or associate-level therapist to join as a part-time independent contractor (1099). The clinician will provide outpatient trauma-focused counseling with EMDR training strongly preferred, delivering care in‑person and via telehealth.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Hybrid schedule with after-school/evening hours required.

Qualifications

• Licensed or associate-level clinician in North Carolina.
• Experience treating trauma; EMDR training strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment progress and update clinical documentation.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultation, team collaboration, and professional development.
• Adhere to HIPAA and state licensing board requirements.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies as needed to support clients in distress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and community providers.
• Support Flourish Wellness's mission by contributing to a collaborative environment.
