Hybrid work is available, combining telehealth and in-person sessions from the Chicago Loop office, with remote Illinois therapists welcome.
Join Compassionate Healing Psychotherapy & Consultation (CHPC), where your work as a trauma-focused therapist can grow into a meaningful, long-term clinical career.
CHPC specializes in Complex PTSD, attachment and developmental trauma, narcissistic and relational abuse, abusive relationships, and other complex mental health concerns. We are seeking master’s-level therapists who want to provide thoughtful, relationship-based, evidence-informed care within a collaborative trauma-specialty practice.
This role begins as a part-time W-2 position while you build your caseload, with a structured pathway toward established part-time and full-time salaried employment, as well as potential advanced clinical, supervisory, training, program-development, or leadership opportunities for qualified clinicians.
Clinicians interested in hybrid work may provide both telehealth and in-person services from our Chicago Loop office at 25 E. Washington Street, Chicago, IL 60602.
Fully remote Illinois therapists are also welcome to apply.
As CHPC continues to grow, we may expand in-person services into additional Chicago-area and Illinois communities, creating future opportunities for clinicians to work closer to where they live and help develop services within their local communities.
we are growing intentionally as a trauma-specialty practice, giving clinicians opportunities to do more than simply maintain a caseload. Team members may deepen a trauma specialty, develop groups and workshops, participate in advanced clinical training, contribute ideas for new programs, mentor others as they advance, and potentially grow into supervisory or leadership roles.
CHPC provides referrals, billing and administrative infrastructure, credentialing support, marketing, clinical consultation, trauma-focused training, and collaborative caseload-development support. Our goal is to allow therapists to spend more of their professional energy on excellent clinical care and professional growth rather than managing every aspect of running a private practice.
Your work may include individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy; clinical intake and assessment; treatment planning; documentation; consultation; and collaboration with other professionals when clinically appropriate. Depending on your interests and experience, there may also be opportunities to develop specialty groups, workshops, psychoeducational programs, community initiatives, or other trauma-informed services.
This position may be especially appealing if you want one professional home where you can become an exceptional trauma therapist, build a sustainable caseload, continue learning, collaborate with a supportive team, and have opportunities to advance without having to build and operate a private practice on your own.
If that describes the kind of clinical career you are looking for, we would be glad to hear from you.
