One Love Agency in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a dedicated Domestic Violence Counselor / Trauma Therapist to provide trauma-informed counseling to survivors of domestic violence and related mental health challenges. The role supports safety, healing, and empowerment within a compassionate, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field with Idaho licensure or eligible.
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to provide your own iPad or laptop for charting.
• Commitment to ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
