Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Experience delivering domestic violence advocacy and survivor services.
• Knowledge of safety planning and crisis response.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an active caseload of survivors experiencing ongoing domestic violence.
• Provide survivor-centered, trauma-informed advocacy focused on safety, stabilization, and empowerment.
• Develop individualized safety plans and housing, income, and family well-being goals.
• Assist survivors with legal advocacy, including court accompaniment and protective orders.
• Coordinate housing stabilization supports and post‑DV transitions.
• Maintain thorough documentation in SEI’s data platform.
