Job summary

EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera Arizona, seeks a licensed clinician to provide individual and group psychotherapy and crisis stabilization at Glendale and Tempe locations. The role includes on-call shifts, collaboration with crisis teams, and maintaining compliance with clinical policies.

The candidate should have a Master's in Counseling or Social Work, AZ licensure or be eligible within six months, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field required.
• AZBBHE licensure or higher required or to be obtained within six months.
• Clear and effective communication; strong customer service skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Documentation skills.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Valid AZ Driver's license with no major infractions in the past 39 months.
• Fingerprint clearance card required or must be eligible to obtain one.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred; language differential offered.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct community based and in-home psychotherapy for assessment, diagnosis and treatment with follow-up for sexual abuse and domestic violence victims.
• Coordinates communication with other departments for continuity of care and collaborates with hotline staff, trauma advocates, and therapists.
• Maintains client records per agency policies and supports quality management and utilization review.
• Provides and delivers assigned special projects during on-call shifts.
• Participates in supervision and professional development as assigned.
