Job summary

Henry Ford Health's Moross Road campus in Detroit seeks a Night Shift RN for 36 hours/week (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), three 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends and observed holidays. This full-time position is benefit eligible with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
