Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department in Detroit, MI. This full-time role involves night shifts (three 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a rotating weekend/holiday schedule and a sign-on bonus of $7,500.

Responsibilities include leading patient care coordination, applying the nursing process, supervising care, and effective communication with the healthcare team. Michigan RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of quality patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to the healthcare team.
• Contribute to solving variances from patient goals and implement solutions.
