Banner - University Medicine Phoenix is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (ACNP) to join our Level 1 Trauma Surgery ICU at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. The role emphasizes clinical management, procedural capability, and collaboration within a fast-paced academic trauma environment.

The ideal candidate will hold ACNP certification with board credentials, DEA, BLS/ACLS; TNCC/ATLS preferred, and a minimum of three years in acute trauma care, with opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• ACNP certification required.
• Board Certification, DEA license, and BLS/ACLS required.
• TNCC or ATLS preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in acute care, trauma, or TSICU.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages trauma ICU patients on weekdays with rotating weekends/holidays and possible night shifts.
• Perform diagnostic/therapeutic procedures, interpret tests, prescribe meds, educate, consult, and participate in research.
• Maintain a collaborative, fast-paced academic trauma care environment.
