Job summary

Banner - University Medicine Phoenix seeks a dynamic Advanced Practice Provider (ACNP) to join the Level 1 Trauma Surgery ICU at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. The role focuses on co-managing trauma ICU patients with a collaborative, academic environment and opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate has ACNP certification, board licensure, and current DEA/BLS/ACLS; TNCC/ATLS preferred. New graduates with acute care or trauma experience welcome.

Qualifications

• Current ACNP certification and First Assist credentials preferred.
• Current Board Certification, DEA license, and BLS/ACLS required.
• TNCC or ATLS certification preferred; acquiring procedures within the year of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years acute care/trauma/TSICU bedside experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage TSICU patients on weekdays with rotating weekends/holidays.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures; interpret tests and manage medications.
• Education, consultation, and research involvement in a fast-paced academic environment.
