Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Trauma Surgeon to join our wound care team. This role offers a no-call lifestyle with either part-time or full-time options, focusing on advanced wound care and patient recovery.

You will lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities, apply your trauma training to debridement and bedside procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background welcomed; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area.
• Provide wound care and maintain surgical skills, including debridement and bedside procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
