Banner Health is seeking a Trauma Surgeon to join the Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ. You will work within a collaborative team providing comprehensive surgical trauma care, teaching residents and medical students, and contributing to clinical research.

Qualifications

• Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care required.
• Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery & Trauma preferred.
• ATLS Instructor qualifications and teaching background.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse students, residents, and colleagues.
• Participate in Acute Care and Trauma surgery call.
• Provide surgical trauma ICU coverage.
• Deliver backup call coverage as needed.
• Develop a full-time clinical practice.
• Educate residents and medical students.
• Participate in clinical research.
