This role involves providing comprehensive surgical care within a dynamic, collaborative environment, focusing on excellence in patient care and education for residents and medical students.

Qualifications

• Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.
• Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery & Trauma.
• Demonstrated clinical and didactic teaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with diverse students, trainees, and colleagues.
• Participate in Acute Care and Trauma surgery call.
• Provide surgical trauma ICU coverage.
• Develop a full-time clinical practice.
• Educate residents and medical students.

Skills

Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care

Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery & Trauma

Demonstrated clinical and didactic teaching ability

Experience working with diverse patient populations

ATLS Instructor qualifications and teaching background
