Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ seeks a Trauma Surgeon to join the Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery. You will provide comprehensive surgical trauma care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and contribute to resident mentorship and medical student education.

The role includes acute care and trauma call, ICU coverage, developing a full-time clinical practice, teaching, and involvement in clinical research.

Qualifications

• Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.
• Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery & Trauma.
• Demonstrated clinical and didactic teaching ability.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• ATLS Instructor qualifications and teaching background.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with diverse students, trainees, and colleagues.
