Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of healthcare experience in a clinical setting and five years of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of staff.
• Ability to lead and implement change.

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors and directs system-wide initiatives in an assigned key service line; identifies needs and ensures visibility to senior management.
• Analyzes and establishes business strategy; develops strategic plans and performs operational analysis.
• Collaborates with leadership to achieve growth, quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Ensures service line meets performance metrics reflecting patient experience and quality.
• Promotes safe care and adherence to policies within budget; supports development and mentoring.
