Responsibilities

• Prospecting and planning: identify prospective surgeons and accounts and develop plans.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas using approved resources.
• Drive product sales for assigned therapies and demonstrate proper product use.
• Build relationships with surgeons, operating room staff and hospital personnel.
• Provide case support and education during surgical procedures and post-op follow-ups.
