Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dynamic trainee to support Stryker Trauma product sales. You will train formally on the Trauma portfolio and sales methods, work under a Trauma Sales Representative, and gain on-the-job experience in the operating room.

In the first year, you’ll observe hundreds of procedures, develop orthopedic competency, support surgical teams, manage client relationships, and participate in an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree or Medical Certification with 2+ years of related experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.
• Ability to support on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Approximately 30% travel.
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required depending on customer requirements for sales and field roles with customer-account access.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service
• Ability to support an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to be on call most nights and weekends
• Approximately 30% travel
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required depending on customer requirements for sales and field roles with customer-account access
