Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Associate in the United States. The role requires robust on-call availability (nights, weekends, holidays) to support trauma cases.

You will train in Stryker Trauma products and gain hands-on OR exposure, becoming a trusted advisor to clients while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates have a health-related degree or clinical certification plus relevant experience.

As a Trauma Sales Associate, you will work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to support sales of Stryker Trauma products that meet our customers’ most pressing needs. Under the supportive supervision of a Trauma Sales Representative, you will gain exposure to the proven winning Stryker Trauma team culture that delivers industry-leading results. You will receive best-in-class formal training on our Trauma product portfolio and sales methodology. This includes on-the-job training in the operating room. You will become an expert on surgical procedures by observing well-over 300 medical procedures in your first year. You will develop a high level of competency in orthopedic surgical needs and procedures and become a valuable member of the surgical team who positively impacts surgical outcomes. You will be comfortable being on call most nights and weekends. You will become a trusted partner to our clients through your focus on client service, excellent account management, and commitment to our mission of improving healthcare.

What You Need-

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

$65,000 and eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
