Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a trauma setting.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff in clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare regulations.
