Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking a Registered Nurse for Emergency Nursing on the night shift, with options for 3 x 12-hour or 4 x 12-hour shifts (1900–0730). May float to partner facilities as needed.

Requirements include active RN license in California, BLS/ACLS/PALS, TNCC within 6 months, NIHSS, and at least 1 year of acute care, plus EPIC experience to document care and collaborate with teams.

Formación

• Current RN license in state of practice required.
• BLS certification from approved vendor required.
• ACLS certification from approved vendor required.
• PALS certification from approved vendor required.
• TNCC to be completed within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• At least one year of acute care experience required.
• Recent EPIC experience required.
• NIHSS required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities and progress in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
