Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Continually analyze new and revised specifications for the registries and educate stakeholders about workflow impact.
• Perform gap analysis to identify missing data elements and collaborate with IT to capture them.
• Perform hybrid medical record review and data abstraction to support external quality reporting and quality improvement.
• Generate basic reports and provide guidance on data variance with guidelines.
• Participate in data-driven quality improvement activities.
• Support clinical topics to other departments and personnel.
• Create ad-hoc reports as needed by leadership.
