Job summary

University of Southern California’s Telehealth Clinic is hiring an Operations Coordinator for the Trauma Recovery Center (TRC). The role supports leadership, clinical teams, clients and partners, handling data management, reporting to funders, and daily TRC operations.

Fluency in Spanish is required alongside strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills. This is a 100% in-person, grant-funded position through June 30, 2028, reporting to the Associate Director of Field Education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 2 years combined experience/education may substitute.
• Directly related project or administrative experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and coordination of research and administrative projects.
• Plan data collection, manage data, and produce reports.
• Coordinate publication production and dissemination to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Lead daily TRC operations and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Establish and maintain community partnerships and outreach activities.
