Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of AMA approved School of Radiology Technology.
• ARRT Certification required or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated areas.
• Explain procedures to patients and position them for views.
• Monitor equipment and assist with fluoroscopic procedures.
• Process images, match with paperwork for interpretation.
• Provide education and orientation to new staff and trainees.
