• Coordinate, analyze, and benchmark trauma data and outcomes for the Trauma Performance Improvement Plan.
• Implement trauma registry activities and validate data for reports and improvement initiatives.
• Perform routine clinical rounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance trauma program quality.
