Job summary

Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center seeks a Coordinator for Trauma Performance Improvement (RN) to lead data analysis, validation and benchmarking under the Trauma PI plan. You will synthesize reports for improvement initiatives and support multidisciplinary teams in trauma care.

Requirements include CA RN license, a Bachelor’s in Nursing and 3–5 years of trauma or PI experience. Proficiency with data systems, reporting and Microsoft Excel is expected. A weekend shift premium may apply.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CA RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• 3–5 years acute care hospital experience in trauma or performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection, validation and benchmarking for trauma performance.
• Analyze trends and prepare reports for performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in routine clinical rounds and multidisciplinary teams.
