Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY seeks a Clinical Nurse Facilitator for the Trauma Program. You will model professional nursing practice, educate and lead the trauma service, and collaborate with the Trauma Program Manager and Medical Director to meet quality initiatives.

Requirements include a BSN or specialty certification, RN license, TNCC, TOPIC, and CSTR within set timeframes, plus 2 years in critical care; valid NY driver’s license. Temporary, onsite role with variable hours.

Formación

• BSN or Specialty Area Certification required upon hire/transfer or within 3 years
• RN required upon hire
• TNCC within 1 year
• Trauma Registry Course (TOPIC) within 1 year
• ATST Trauma Reg Course within 1 year
• CSTR within 30 months
• NYS driver's license or ability to travel within and out-of-state
• Internal applicants must have 9 months of comparable work within 2 years; external applicants require 1 year within 2 years
• TOPIC within one year of position

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates all aspects of the Trauma service in collaboration with the Trauma Program Manager and Medical Director
• Models professional nursing practice and educates team members
• Collects and maintains accurate patient information for program registry
• Interacts with interdisciplinary teams to meet quality initiatives
• Complies with regulatory guidelines and Kaleida policies and standards of practice
